Refund policy

We want to make sure you are always happy with your order.

Sometimes bad things happen to good people so if there are quality related problems with your item(s) you have ordered then please send us an email via our contact form and attach an image and description of the issue. Our Quality Assurance team will then look at your issue.

If your order was not delivered or if you have any other problems we will be happy to help you. Please contact us via our contact form.

If you need to return an item we have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item then unfortunately we can not offer you a return or refund.

Our returns policy excludes sales items, mystery bags and made to order dresses.


For your return to be eligible, your item must be:
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return you can either do an automatic return via your Accounts page, or you may contact us via our contact form.

Once your return has been received by us we will notify you on if your return has been successful. If successful your order will be refunded to you, minus shipping costs, within 3-5 business days. If there is an issue with your return we will contact you.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
