Ingredients.
125g of Soft Butter
125 G of Soft Brown Sugar
1 Egg
200g of Self Raising Flower
Salt
125G of which chocolate
Now comes the fun part.
Grease several baking trays, enough to fit 20 normal sized cookies on, or go for larger if you prefer.
Then mix together the butter and the sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the beaten egg.
Sieve flow and salt into the mixture and mix well.
Stir in most the white chocolate bits and treat yourself to some too.
Place heaped teaspoons of the mixture on the trays.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190c for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
